CAEC (Canadian Adult Education Credential)

Youth 18 and over who have not finished high school are the learners in this program. Typically, individuals coming to this program will have attended school up until junior high, and may have lives that make attending other daytime full-time programming difficult. This program focuses on building confidence and competence in the subject areas of the CAEC (language arts, social studies, science, and mathematics), and includes support through writing the exams, completing your high school equivalency, and afterwards as you navigate ‘what’s next?’

FAQ

Q: What happened to the GED?

A: The GED program ended on May 3. However, any exams that were passed before that date still count and are valid.
