Mandate:
Intersections Resource Centre is currently the only student-run, feminist organization
on campus, funded by both MUN Student’s Union and Student Affairs and make free resources at any time. We can also help you find community services to best help you with any challenges you
may be facing. Reach out to us via email and we will answer any questions you may have!
Highlight of Programs / Services Offered:
All of our services are FREE and include:
- Menstrual health/period Products (menstrual cups, pads, tampons, liners)
To apply to receive a menstrual cup, individuals can check our website and submit a request there
or email us directly. - Pregnancy tests
- Diapers, a private baby changing area and chest feeding area
- Confidential peer counselling
- Safer sex products (internal and external condoms, lube, dental dams)
- Funding – We offer the Trans Student/Student Parent Fund, which is a $500 bursary available
to MUNL students and will be awarded based on personal need. Visit our website to apply.
