Mandate:

To protect residential tenants and landlords by providing information on their rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act. Effective and efficient dispute resolution services through mediation and adjudication.

Target Population:

 Primarily residential landlords and tenants (general public). 

Highlights of Programs/Services Offered:

  • To provide information to landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act; and  
  • Provide dispute resolution services through medication and adjudication under the Residential Tenancies Act 2018.
