Mandate:

To provide support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities through the cooperative apartment model. Eastern Residential Support Board Inc. is mandated by the Department of Health and Community Services. Eastern Residential Support Board is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that each resident enjoys a living arrangement which addresses basic quality of life issues. 

Target Population:

Individuals age 18 and over with developmental and/or physical exceptionalities.  

Highlights of Programs/Services Offered:

• ERSB provides group home and residential supports to individuals with developmental and/or physical exceptionalities. Each resident is provided with a clean, safe, secure and a comfortable environment. Community inclusion, increased independence, diminishing maladaptive behaviors, and ensuring each resident receives the necessary level of support services to achieve these objectives are the major areas of focus for ERSB.
