Mandate: To provide dignified and accessible assistance to our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

Target Population: Any person experiencing food insecurity in the Metro region.

Highlights of Programs / Services offered:

  • Food Bank/Pantry Service:
    • Drop-in hours are available Tuesday-Friday, 10:00AM-12:50PM.
    • Appointment-only hours are available on Wednesday evenings, 6:00-8:00PM.
    • *One piece of government-issued identification for each member of the household (drivers’ license, photo ID, MCP card, passport, etc.) is required. This service particularly serves the Metro region. No proof of income is required 
  • Bag to School: School supply support is available for K-12 students in the Metro region. Families who wish to register can contact Bridges To Hope in July.
  • Volunteer Programs: The organization has a small staff team. All other functions are undertaken by volunteers. For information on volunteering, visit Volunteer — Bridges To Hope. 
  • Smart Snack Program: This program provides school-aged children with nutritious snacks. Smart Snack Kits are included with every food hamper for families with school-aged children.
